What are we going to do for the new campaign?

I have been debating going to an AC climbs as it gets better plan for about 2 years now, therefore making it easier on us less active players to calculate attacks and actual hits.  Honestly, the Rolemaster system does to hit and armor type(even varies by which weapon attacks) the best I have seen but it is complicated.

Also I plan on implementing the higher NWP skills based off of higher INT (which we have done), possibly with more slots allocated per level(similar to 3e).  Not sure of the math outcome on the additional per level. Let me crunch the numbers and come up with a good way to handle it.

This is my plan so far:
    Armor must be changed from a 10 to -10 to a 0 to 20 + range

atually for this next gaming session I think I will stick to standard old D&D.  will give me more time to work out how I want it to work

Ok, I have the AC thing all figured out.
Working on the nonweapons skills by class.

I liked the way that the NWPs worked out. It definitely adds more flavor to the realism of the skills. It makes it to where low level characters have a much harder time creating that "Masterwork" item, as opposed to a higher level character who has more slots.

I "think" I may try my hand at revised AC and attack tables come next meeting.  That would make us play something like AD&D revision 1 + Dragon + 2 + Unearthed + 3(ish)

I do not want the attack change to lose the feel of the previous (1st and 2nd editions).  My plan which I had planned for this last meeting was that all players would have to rolla 10 to hit an AC 10.  Then based on level progression(per DMG based THACO decrease) this amount would increase their plus to attack each level they got a change.

Totally agree.  I've already outlined the changes to AC and the first 10 levels.  You still roll a 10 to hit a 10, and a 12 to hit someone in leather, a 15 to hit someone in chain and a 20 to hit someone in plate (assuming no dex bonus).
